Very amazing experience, It's been 4 months I joined health lounges and i have already lost 5 kgs weight. The sessions are interactive & encouraging. The daily sessions cover Yoga and Cardio with experts, along with diet and nutrition sessions during Sundays covering good knowledge on what to eat and what not to. I initially joined for a month and very soon realized its useful - hence extended beyond. Within a month I could feel more active and almost lost 3-4kg weight with inch loss... The Health Lounge team's motivation and support helped me lot.

I joined this program long time ago on advise of Yoga Trainer (Mansi Ji) and the journey was fruitful. Guidance from Mansi, Mohit & other trainers is very helpful and they are extremely courteous. It is a stupendous training program and best part is it is for 1 hour and they sequence the asanas, excersices so elegantly within this time span. I encourage all of you to take the session seriously and follow the diet which gets you best results. My back pain has reduced drastically after following this regime and averted myself from consuming painkillers. You may find it tough at times but best part we can go slow and make use of alternatives provided by all the trainers. This program is extremely good for all working parents/professionals to kickstart their day with 1 hour of excersice. In a nutshell, I am extremely happy and my personal interest has changed from hours of gyming to Structured training program like this.
